This was a new build for a first time property developer in Medway. Being a new developer the customer was open to ideas and suggestions utilising our experience. We worked with them from the initial planning stage to final completion of the project. We have since secured an additional 9 flats in gillingham from this developer. This was as a result of the way that our work and input helped the project complete on time and on budget.
