Our Call-Out Charges
Our call out charge is inclusive of the first hour’s labour charge. We would aim to identify or repair the fault within this time, and will give a fixed repair fee if required.

Our prices to carry out inspections (EICR) on properties are as follows:
Domestic
1 to 2 bed properties - £160 + VAT
3 to 4 bed properties - £190 + VAT
Commercial inspections would need to call for price and are dependent on location and circuit number.
